Our Travian division is currently active on 4 servers, thus it consists of four so called ‘alliances’ that together count over a 100 DS members of which roughly 70 have an active account on the DS site.
Our alliance on server 7 is the eldest one and recently ended as the server was reset; lead by Rayendir and a team of officers it had 27 members and held rank 23 on the server’s list of alliances. In the final battles Daoine Sidhe formed a pact with several other alliances in its region, and conquered a first place on the server. This brought a fair amount of fame and glory to all who fought alongside DS. The next challenge will be proceeding with DS now that the server is starting allover again. Rayendir will stop playing meaning that new leaders will take over, and build up DS’ good name further.
Server 6 has the second oldest DS alliance in Travian. Under command of De Joker and his officers the alliance has 37 members and rank 13. Given the circumstances they do very well in-game, a problem however is the poor connection to the rest of DS. Whereas DS on others servers had success in letting members register on the site, DS on server 6 got not much further than a DS account for the officers. Hopefully the leading team will soon decide to improve this situation.
The DS alliance on server 5 is a rather new addition to our Travian division. After a difficult start it reached rank 23 and now has 30 members. Although the alliance is lead by Adanac, especially Melissa did a lot of work on improving the alliance’s situation and connection to the Travian division. As the in-game tactics changed towards a better organized whole (aimed at building a ‘stronghold’, in-game term that sufficiently explains itself), expectations are that the alliance will improve a lot more coming period.
Server 8 holds the newest DS alliance, which has 10 members and rank 107. The alliance had an extremely difficult start; in only a few months time three times the alliance’s leader left, which caused a major lack of progress in teambuilding and in-game strength of the members. Under command of newly assigned leader Sh16 inactive and otherwise uninterested members are being kicked, the need to register on the site is lived after more strictly, and plans are being made on how to improve the situation in-game.
It should be mentioned that Melissa is doing a lot of good work on this server as well, clearly DS gained a very loyal and active member when she joined our community.
