What happened in EVE?

AS corporation members,

As you might have noticed im not on line a lot. Real life has priority atm and sins im moving to a new home this means a very busy atm. This could mean some things don't get done. If something needs doing the best way is too PM me and I pick it up as soon as I able.

Last month we have been plagued by war declarations. For some annoying for others a wake up call too the things PvP.

1. Recruitment
At the moment because of the fact im not on line much and the fact our original corps is at war I decided not to put back the recruitment signs. It's a bit expensive to have them up and redirecting people that apply because of the war going on is a time consuming process. Also other recruitment effort I usual do like posting on the eve forums has stopped. In about 3 months from now I will be skilling corporation management skills so we will be able to have more members. The goal is now to keep current people happy until I have more time to put in effort again. Of course recruitment done by the members is always welcome.

2. Event organizing
The first lvl4 events done by members besides myself have started and been fun as far as I heard. I'm still planning on doing 4/10 complex running As I told before I was a bit unlucky when picking the first test site for 4/10 because it was they hardest on. But I'm also working on a nighthawk and I think with that this complex can be done as well. But I'm currently a bit busy with studies and moving also to a new home it will be too much until I'm settled in my new home. Within 2 months I also think we will be able to go onto lvl5 missions. A few people have done some logistics and again they nighthawk I'm training for will be the kinda tank we will need to get a shot at doing lvl5 missions.

3. Industry.
. I'm again asking peeps to buy shares so we will be able to buy they needed bpo's. Selling the shares is going pretty well we now at 170 mil isk it's not bad.

4. Offices.
We now have 10 offices. Most off them are cheap and only for recruitment. They search continues to find a suitable solar system for regular mining ops. With currently both fimeriel and tyrael back and active I think it will be a matter of time before we see more regular mining ops and finding a suitable place to do them regularly.

5. tournaments
Well everybody is afraid about loosing there implants and ships and such. But I want to organize a kind off low tech pvp battles a bit like the alliance tournaments. 2 against 2, 3 against 3 etc. we only use frigates in they beginning and see how much fun it is. If people like it we can step it up a bit. Just to get a feel for pvp and do something else for a time. I think a lot of people want to team up and see if they can think of a winning tactic. Again this will have to wait until I moved too my new home.

6. Communications.
Well a lot of people making use of the in game communication options. This is very positive and I also have bought a headset to participate. I hope all members want too join in as much as possible. Activity on the forum is very slow. I want to remind people that the forum can be a way to reach people you don't see often on line because of different time zone etc. We have also more and more people joining in our chat channel daoine sidhe which I want to encourage sins it makes for more fun.

7. Divisions
Well this idea is a bit of sins there a very large number off people doing both mining and missioning it's kinda not working. It remains something for in the further when we have more members

8. POS plans
Yes we still want that POS. for the trick I want to use to get the poss in high sec they only thing missing atm is that my holythough character has enough corporation management skills to make an alliance. This will take another 3,5 months. Preparation on needed logistics etc will probably start within 2,5 months.

9. PvP
There are a few people that after the last war found out how much fun PvP can be and are pvping a bit now. Of course I want too encourage this as much as possible sins we need to have more people able too fight in the future

10. Overall prospects for coming 4 months
Overall I think they short term prospects are very good. 4/10 complex running just after I have moved (or early if somebody else wants to pick up they organizing, I be happy to fill you in on the details about complex running). Lvl5 mission events in about 1,5 months (as soon as I have that nighthawk and the skills to decently fit it) within 3 months preparations on the POS will begin and if all goes right we will have our first POS up and running in 4 months.

11. future things
Next thing is to get a POS up and running in low sec or even 0.0 connected to our POS in high sec and both fitted with a jump bridge so to give miners a safe passage in to more lucrative mining area's without having to fear gate campers. I also want to expand on the industry part.
