    • The newsletter is active again

    After several months of internal lazyness, illnes and webdesigning, we're more then happy to announce we're back on track again. We start from now on first with this small extra announcement/bunnikparty extra edition, but from the the beginning of august you can expect a new fresh edition of the DS times in your mailbox/on the forum again.

    The taskforces

    During the Meeting on the DS party. The DS agreed on making a new format for the DS to make people more atracted to the DS and it's ways. This is called project taskforces, the topic can be found here.

    The newsletter is grouped under the team of communication:

    4. Taskforce Communication
    Structure: 1 leader + 1 team with max. 1 member from each division.
    Task: to ensure that all members have access to sufficient information about how the clan and its divisions are doing (through at least making a frequent newsletter).
    Guideline on time investment per member: around 3 hours per week.

    Our forum can be read by everybody that is signed in as a member on the DS website under the main DS forum button/ taskforce forum/ cummonication. This is for members that are out of the the taskforces stil a read forum, but you cannot post here. So communication of what we want to do in a period is more transparant and clear of everyone of you to read.

    The newsletter is recruiting

    The idea for the newsletter is of course to entertain and inform the DS with nice articles. Untill now we get a lot of positive feedback and we want to thank you all for that. But it seems we've hit a problem that you as member of DS can help us with.

    Our plans for the newsletter are to make it more detailed. That concers all divisions. We would like to have monthly articles from all division about what the past month's happenings, and about what they're planning. Think of funny stuff ingame, raid reports, patch notes etc. but our current staff is not specialiesed enough in all games that the DS currently plays.

    So our question is simple, we are looking for people, 1 from every division that wants to do something extra for our clan, in the way of being an active writer for the newsletter. By doing this you can really help contribute to the DS in a good way, representing your own division(s) within the DS.

    Also if your just intrested in writing an article but just as a one timer, this is of course also always an option.
