What happened in WoW?
Hello everyone, I am trying to write this from the Legerdemain Lounge, here in Dalaran and let me tell you, the amount of traffic coming through here, Tauren druids, Nightelf rogues, Death Knights aplenty not to mention Gnome warlocks makes writing something of a pain in the *&#e. Luckily the battle for Wintersgrasp is about to begin so I finally have some peace and quiet.What’s been happening the last month? Well we have some great news on the raiding front!!
The Obsidium Sanctum raid DS has successfully managed their goal with the main boss and a single mini boss up at the same time, not only that but they have managed to do this with different mini bosses. Well done raiders!
A series of new members have joined since the last letter and also registered as members on our forums, they are:
Go0wnt (Darkpaladina), Aururee, Druidien, Strox, Zamora, Kareldestout and Gwarys. Thanks guys and welcome.
Another face coming back to the WoW Division is Rex–DS. He has given into temptation and returned afresh from his break….. Welcome back or in his words “Ze Sex is in the House”.
With new arrivals, there is sometimes a case of people leaving. Dopehat has decided he will no longer play WoW as he has his final exams and has lots of coursework as well. He will remain active on the forum as much as possible and may come back later. In the meantime where ever you go Dope, May the horned moon guide your path!
Changes happen from time to time and people change roles and the WoW Division is no exception. As of Sunday evening Damoorian stepped down from Mini Boss (2nd in command, assist to GM) to the rank of Chieftain with the aim of going back to member, this is due to R/L issues and the best interest of the guild. Therefore Dorus has - after several weeks of discussion and training - been promoted to Mini Boss with Dorus receiving additional training whilst Damoorian remains in the officer team.
Monthly events are in the planning stages and will be posted on both the forum and in game so keep an eye out for upcoming events.
Right I have to sign off now and sort out a troublesome dwarf who’s kept spilling my beer in his drunken state.
