Any use which has not been granted by any of the creating members and Daoine Sidhe owners will be seen as a violation of Copyright.

Any content on the Daoine Sidhe by individuals are the property of Daoine Sidhe as a whole. Content may be used anywhere on the website with the proper credit given to that individual. Any content taken outside of the Daoine Sidhe authorized network is in violation of members rights. Administrators and Owners of Daoine Sidhe will never sell or claim rights to any information of its members. No content may however be used outside of the Daoine Sidhe Domains and/or sub domains without expressed permission of the individual or owners. Any member leaving Daoine Sidhe will also leave full right of their content to the members in whole of Daoine Sidhe.

All content will be checked by moderators and will be adapted where not in agreement to the forum rules. Moderators and owners of Daoine Sidhe hold the right to update/revise the rules anytime without notice. The rules are set by, but not limited to, what is described in the FAQ.

Daoine Sidhe will never sell or give away account information such as e-mail addresses, Instant Messenger ID's for solicitation or personal gain. However Daoine Sidhe is not responsible for that information made public by the individual which could be subject to theft by people browsing.

We reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you or any outside attack. All IP numbers are logged by member and may be made public in the event you become abusive within our site. Daoine Sidhe takes no responsibility for the actions and behaviors outside of our website and respective gaming servers where we reside. Within the gaming servers Daoine Sidhe as a whole is not liable for their actions. Daoine Sidhe will take proper measures of removal of status, membership from DS if a member is in direct violation of a gaming servers posted rules.

Any unregistered member or guest to our website posting in a guest area has no claiming rights of the material and that information becomes the sole property of Daoine Sidhe.

A guest is defined by the sole fact that he is not a member of Daoine Sidhe.

All registered website users, and within those registered users the Daoine Sidhe members, agree to receive possible mass-mails from Daoine Sidhe. By registering to the website you agree to this.
